How to estimate cost of thatching lawn

Commercial property. How does everyone estimate cost to thatch a property.

i do 3 time the price of mowing dont realy know what everyone else does but thats what ive been doing!

Ok that sounds pretty good so the amount I get for mowing is 225.00. Obviously you mow and thatch at the same time would it cost $900 or $675 total then. thanks

i would charge 675 if they hire me for mowing the rest of the yaer i would drop the 75 and charge 600, unless there was a huge amount of thatch that has to be hauled away

Its a big area and a lot of thatch will come up I can tell it hasnt been done. even though you sit on the mower and do all the work it still take a toll on the machine with all the dust for picking up all that dead grass so. I just need to bid accordingly!
