How are sales?

Just a feeler to see what people on here are seeing for sales. Are you up, down, same? Seems like we might be up a little but have done more marketing this year. We had a tremendous week a couple weeks ago then cold and rain put a halt to that. I'm retail so it follows the weather. Just hope all the moons align for some good sales.

Earthworker I know this isnt the right thread to ask this question but your opinon would be very helpful. Im looking for a wholesale plant distributor. Have you had any expirence with the big company greenleaf nursery they are all I can seem to find on the net?

Unfortunately......yes I have bought from Greenleaf. But only in the past. Their prices are about what I'mcharging retail. If I bought from them and Tri-B I don't feel I'd last for long with competition like Lowes and Walmart. Maybe there are more margins in your area that allow for higher prices but not here. I can get better (IMO) plants shipped from 10 hrs away cheaper than I can from Greenleaf that is 2 hrs.

If you are from Ohio, seems like you would be better of getting material from TN or the East coast. I'll bet there are some places right there in OH.
