Never seen it done that way before. Looks like this guy is trying to cross a deep area to reach a different work site. Getting going wouldn't be that hard, stopping is another matter entirely. I would wait for a tug.

seen that in the sac delta before, wouldn't have paid attention but i dug a pool for a dredger captain that was telling me about what he did for a living
