Hey i have alot of commercial sites like storage facilities and strip malls and was considering starting to offer pressure washing but i hav no clue on how to price anything so if anyone has any inout or suggestions that would be great

sometimes yes and sometimes ill be using a portable water tank'

It's not much of an answer but figure out how long a job will take and how much you want to make an hour and charge accordingly. All areas charge different.
