concrete under the out door kitchen

Well i have a question??????
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmwell
i just got into a long chat(heated) with the local mason yard and he tells me that im out of this world to be putting concrete under my kitchens.......... He said he would do more with me if i dropped that cost.. haaahaaaa:laugh::laugh::laugh:
