i have done a few searches for this. does anyone have a link for a company offering this product. for you guy's that dont have a clue what it is, how do you wash your spray rigs or mix and fill your tanks? does your state have these reg's?

You'd really think these things would be easier to find. Maybe our law makers could first find out if this sort of thing even exists before they write legislation that requires their use.

Then again, this "wash water law" does make business opportunities available.

check under mobile power washing. i found some portable rinse pads under that search. also one could be made, i thought about some 4" or so pvc pipe as a frame. lay the tarp out, drive the truck on then fasten the tarp around the pipe.
