2000 Walker, oversized hopper, 48" deck, 1400 hours on mower with about 200 hours on new 23hp Kaw engine, new blower. Also has Walker highlift kit installed.
2003 36" Exmark TTHP with about 250 hours on orginal 15hp Kaw engine.
2007 52" Wright Sentar with 500 hours on mower and about 100 hours on new 23hp Kaw engine.
I have some ideas, just wanted to hear some opinions.

I am thinking about 4500 (+ or -) or so for the Walker. I know it has the new stuff and high lift but its a 2000. I could be wrong, just kind of thinking what I would pay. I have no idea on the other two.

I saw your post on craigslist, any chance you would want to sell just the mowing route? It's kinda funny, your business is almost identical to mine in terms of number of accounts, and equipment setup (48" high dump, 52" side discharge mower, 32/36 WB).
Are the accounts pretty decent for the most part? Irrigated? Not in the ghetto? I don't really care for mowing in the ghetto in Hutch, let alone Wichita haha.
Why are you getting out?

Are you the guy I sold my bluebird aerator to? Also, did you put up small signs around West Wichita? I seen a bunch of the Pro Cut Lawn Care around.
No, I don't have really any ghetto lawn. Some are small and some are bi-weekly. About 1/2 are irragated. About 1/2 you could probably upsale on either chem apps, cleanups or aeration. I might sell the accounts seperately. I already have an offer of the asking price on those, but he wants to make payments. If nobody else buys the business as a whole, I would sell you the accounts paid in full. I am getting out because I am just too burned out. I am going back to college and get a degree.
What do you think?

Yea I bought the aerator, like years ago lol. And no, those aren't my signs. I don't have anything over there at all yet.
How much were you asking for the accounts? I would have to work out some kind of payment plan too, don't see many banks loaning money for a list of customers lol.

No, you won't get a loan for accounts, but you can still get a loan and buy the accounts..lol.
