We are a 2man crew, we do 65 resi accounts.
All our accounts are between very small and small
(15-30 minutes mowing with a 21" + trimming + blowing)
What is the best setup?
A guy use a 32" and mow by the time the other guy trim and blow?
both on 21" and one stop for trimming and blowing?

most yards work out with one man mow and blow and the other trim and edge

so within less than a month you lost almost half of your accounts? In a post about 1 month ago you said two man crew with a cliental of 120 + pending contracts. And in that month you still havent made a decision regarding the mowers you wanted?

hah I know. I mean no wonder people arent responding. If you have 65 accoutns and cant decide on a small/midsize mower thats bad.

It would appear as if it should be the rest of us taking lessons.

1. We have 2x2 man crew.
2. We do have 110 resi accounts
3. We have 2 commercials account
4. We bought a used ztr from someone on the net.
5. Yeah we are still looking for the setup on the resi because there is absolutly no stress here (20" of snow)

so now in less than 12 hours youve gained 45 residential accounts back? At the start of the thread you posted 65 now its 110?
And what is a 2x2 man crew? A 4 man crew?

45 resi accounts + 2 commercials accounts is clear and done
The other 65 resi accounts setup isnt clear yet
And yes we have gained a **** load of accounts, thats why University is great... you gain marketing tips that nobody use in my town.

Cut the guy a break and just answer his question. :hammerhead:
Do one guy mow and the other trim and blow. Trade off if you get tired of mowing or blowing.
