Grab a torch and start cutting, chances are it's stripped.

Go get your chop saw / grinder and cut it off! Especially if your talking about the cheap 20 dollar triangle jack!

First, I know this problem and to get it off the ground you just get a regular hydraulic floor jack to lift the trailer tongue,
then once the jack's up a bit lift it out as you normally would, as high as you can get it.

Then...
Before you get into things with a cutter you ought to inspect it closely and see how it's attached to the tongue,
because on mine it takes a clip (a big one) and I ended up letting the guys down at the trailer shop take mine off,
because I was able to replace it with another OEM for all of $20 and they did all the work, too.
Might've been 25 but it was just a big C-clip or ring that holds it on.

Or you can get an aftermarket but you'll have a bolt-on, mine's a welded-on bracket.
Again the choice is yours, I'm just one of those fanatics, I had to have mine done right.

The screw for the jack has come out of the threads when all the way down.

All you have to do is push up on the plate while turning the handle and it should grab it again and pull it up.

If you've driven it though with it down, the odds are that you've bent it now and it won't work right even if you got it working correctly.

If you do get it fixed, there should be a stop tab in the jack somewhere that might need to be modified to keep it from happening again.
