Door to Door Marketing

I was going to have some professional flyers printed, but most people on here said they would be a waste. Door to door is much more effective.

My question is, What do you all say?

I would like to land some maintainence accounts, not just a one time shot.

Is it as simple as saying im in the area, do you need your yard cut?

Any advice would be appreciated.
