1/2 Ton Owners, are they worth the money. For the $125-200 seems like good insurance for all the hauling we do.

is the price you listed installed?i bought a hayden model cooler at my local parts store an installed it myself.i think it was 59.00.i too have a 1/2 ton chevy.the cooler is cheap insurance.you can buy a trans fluid temp guage if you want to really check before and after.good luck

you'll be kicking yourself for asking whether its worth the money when you're stranded.
i paid alot more for mine, if i blow the tranny now at least i know i did all i could to prevent it.

They may have something even better then what you'll fine locally.

i think i bought the largest b&m cooler for my truck and i think it was like 45 bux... my next truck ill have a huge tranny and oil cooler and possibly a pre-luber http://www.preluber.com/ but they are kind of pricy..
