I have a Cub Cadet LT1024 lawn tractor. It has a 50" mowing deck and the blades that fit it "742-04068" have a 3/4" hole. What I would really like to try out are some mulching blades that are gator-like, but not the ones from oregon, they just made the deck clog up, due to not being high enough of air-lift. These are the blades at this link:

http://www.amazon.com/Commercial-742-04053-742-04053A-942-04053-942-04053A/dp/B003E65YHQ/ref=sr_1_3?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1304644512&sr=1-3

They look like they would really do a good job of having the grass discharge very evenly with having little to no clog. The only problem is that they have the star hole instead of the 3/4" hole. besides that one issue these blades would fit perfectly if I could modify it or get some kind of adapter to go over the end of the spindle that would accomodate the star hole, that is if the star hole is at least as big or bigger than 3/4". The blades that I have a link to go to a RTZ50 Cub Cadet. The same exact deck only a little bit difference in the spindle assembly that goes with them.
Thanks in advance for any help.:)
