Just remember to put the stock tune on the truck and remove the tuner all together "if" you have to go get warranty work done. Like I said, "IF" since all that bs that does fail isn't there anymore. Just curious, why did you remove all that stuff before the warranty expires? Trust me I understand why you want to remove all that stuff. Believe me I do, but I'm just asking a stupid question and hoping for a stupid answer.

10-4. I'd say put a sled behind the superduty but I've seen those dodges pull like a freight train. Although there was this one time.....

very nice! we also have an 06 6.0 that got a bit of work done a few months ago. We have a mod friendly dealer that doesnt care about the tuners and they even did the stud work and egr delete. so far its got:

cai
3.5" mbrp dp and so far the xhaust dumps under the cab until we get a stack kit.
sinister egr delete
arp studs
brand new heads, turbo, ficm, oil cooler, stc fitting, rear main,
sct livewire w/ eric's innovative tunes (xtreme race is fun!)

but, my 6.4 has 3 mods and smokes my bros truck even though its heavier. drop in afe filter, afe dpf/doc delete pipe and h&s mini max with KEM custom tuning (345 is too crazy without trac bars)

people need to realize that these trucks are bullet proof after you take care of the little problem areas. ya we went above and beyond what is normally needed but go big or go home.

Nice! Post some pictures when and if you get the chance. Those "extreme" tunes are extremely fun. Until the cops see the smoke pouring out and know whats up. Cant believe your dealer did an EGR delete. The ones around here wont even do that nor cut off the muffler. Not only that when they see it doesnt have a muffler its off to the boxing rink to fight for a warranty claim of any type.

yep, I'm lucky we found these guys through a friend of a friend this past year. They take care of us and hook us up with parts and service greatly discounted.

The service manager himself has a built pulling truck that he does sled pulls and tug o wars with at truck nights etc... and a few mechanics have built up 6.0's.

I lowered my 6.4's tune from the 345 to a 250/275 for two reasons, one the axle wrap and two the amount of coal it rolled was unbelievable. A boosted 4wd launch in that thing is a scary ride! I just got my rims and tires mounted up yesterday on my 09, I'll put up some pics in the pic section today.

Sounds like you need to invest in some traction bars... Ouo makes some good ones as well as others. Im in the process of building some now my self. Went to the strip last weekend and just could not keep it hooked up and decided it was time. And yea eric's tunes are the best imo. Rcd has some descent ones as well as kem.
