Questions for first meeting (design)

I am looking for some kind of template with some questions for my first meeting with customers wanting their landscaping redone and some new things.

I am thinking that having more info will save a lot of time and mistakes, also will ensure customer satisfaction.

A lot of folks use the point of view from the road, for curb appeal, but it helps to check the POV that the person would be most interestted in... Kitchen window, porch etc...
