Dont know about the statewide bill but charlotte county just passed last week the ordinance to ban all synthetic fert applications during the rainy season, mimicking sarasota counties law. It is I believe the most strict tree hugger b.s.......looks like florida is heading the way of Canada. :canadaflag:

i thought the florida bill was going to supercede the individual county or city laws, it was going to let DACS be the ruling body. i think it died in the senate

from what I know all state laws trump county laws. It looks like our county beat them to the punch and passed their own:cry:

The bill has not passed as of now and is pretty much been tabled. But changes in it called for grandfathering any local ordinances before July of 2011. This put the pressure on local Counties to pass Granola Tree Hugger Laws which is happening.
The Real Bottom line is Liberal Socialism is killing the Green industry.
