I cant put a finger on where streator il is but i'm thinking up by Chicago area, Have you tried bidclerk.com? theres some work that comes through there, mainly N/E IL.

I signed up with a company online that I get atleast 20 emails a week with full contact info to bad they are all like 3 states away.
