Im just getting into the lawn care biz and need a few pointers. Im bidding on a few apt complex's and they want total lawn care. im going to go by the k-state guide lines and use there suggestions. I guess my question is should i charge by the sq. ft.? im thinking $6/1000sq.ft.
let me know what you think.

The apt complex is on about 350,000sqft of land. The total lawn area that i have to mow and fert is about 200,000sq.ft. im thinking its going to take 40 5,000sqft bags of fert just for one application. i plan on doing 4.
1. fert with crab grass prevent 25-3-3
2. fert plus weed control 32-3-4
3. fert plus insect control 9-15-20
4. premium fall fert 25-3-13
does this sound like a good cycle? What about the percenteges im using, im sure there different in mo. How and what do you charge for something like this?

E-Mail me at Lawngodfather@aol.com
I have some things I can send you.
You could use about 16-50# bags of fert that will cover 12,500.
$1200 an app is a lot, do you think they will pay it?
The insect app is more in the range for the price, but the rest are not.
