That's 4 items left there, if I were #3 or#4 I would've just moved on.

Hehe. No kidding.

They were actually all for things like remodeling. I think they knew this house was in foreclosure and were hoping for a lead, but still.

haha nice. I actually started my business 8years ago with flyers. I was young and typed up some corny stuff to get customers. The flyer was informative and personal emphasizing being owner operated. Out of around 1,000 flyers I ended up getting 2 $750k custom homes in the same cul-de-sac which were and still are some of my most profitable accounts that still use me for everything!

Yeah funny thing is, how many LCO's have you heard of being prosecuted for it.

Maybe not prosecuted, but fined around here.

And this is a foreclosed home. It has been empty for three months. Just goes to show, no one really cares much. Its still a pretty disrespectful thing to do in my opinion. Works for some people though.

I see a lot of that on foreclosed homes. Most people around here pay someone a few bucks to leave flyers, so they dont care if the house is empty as long as the stack get smaller.

Sort of like fishing. While you get lucky once in awhile, what bait you use has a lot to do with what you pull in.

We were going door to door earlier this year putting flyers on doors in a particular subdivision and noticed the police checking us out. They finally came up and informed us that they had been making sure we weren't knocking on any doors (city ordinance) and were satisfied that we were completely legal. Had signs on the vehicle, a copy of our liscense, insurance, etc. Wished each other a good day and kept on putting out bids.
