I cut several of these condo rentals for a guy and just send a bill at the end of the month and never talk to him. A lady wanted these bushes trimmed and all I ever do is cut the grass on them. This is my second year doing them. I called and got his secretary and told her this lady wanted them cut. She said go ahead and do it and charge us a little extra if you need to. It only took about 15 minutes to do what do you think I will put it on the bill next month.

I'd just charge 10 or 15, maybe 20. If you charge 15 and it takes you 15 minutes, that's 60 an hour - not too bad in my book.

As a bonus, it's great service to your customer, and great advertising for a service that you can provide. Most of my hedge trimming jobs have come from customers who saw other work I was doing or had previously done.

Make sure you include the time and PITA to get rid of the clippings.

Looks good, BTW.
