Do any of you know what the codes on this label mean?

It tells me that you got a F 250 made April of 2000. I see a recommended tire pressure chart, recommended weights. A VIN number, some bar codes........................

it tells me hat you got screwed and should return emmediatly and proceed to the chevy dealer

Well by the looks of it you have a Ford F250 Superduty Regular Cab with a Navistar 7.3L diesel made in Jefferson County, Kentucky with Hydraulic brakes and no air bag
The top portion is easy to read,
a 8800lb gvw, with 4400 front weight and 6084 rear weight running on LT235/85R16E, 16X7 rimed tires at 60PSI
Your WB is 137", exterior paint is Z1 which is white a cloth bench seat flint in color?? not sure of that
