I was wondering if my price is where it should be at on a patio. The size of the patio is 10x16=160 sq ft. Using Ep Henry Old Towne Cobble pavers came out to be 3650. I work in the Pa area right outside of the city of Philadelphia roughly 15 mins out of there

Tell us a little more about your company, the job, and how you came up with your price.

The job entailed jackhammering out a concrete pad 10x16 and replacing the area with Ep Henry Old Town Cobble pavers. Also the price included a weeks work of labor to get the job done. We use 2a Modified with a 6 inch base and 1 inch of sand then install the pavers.

You also have to tell us how many employees or IC's you plan on using for the project. In addition, you have to tell us what your overhead is. All of this required info in order to figure out "what to charge"

Good point,

I must admit I don't always use it in small patios myself

is an overlay possible? why tear out the concrete? what do yo have for equipment? I can lay 200sqft a day by myself easily with easy access to that job I would be in and out in 2 days if it was an overlay I ould do it in a day and 1/3 your cost

Assuming the access is not terrible and you can stage the job well I would say you are on the higher side. If I could sell that job for that I would be very pleased.

I would be around $2980 for what you have described.

I would not overlay it unless the conditions were exactly right. That rarely ever happens.
