What is "Fermal??"

I was reading a companies bid for a condo complex and they had listed "Lime and Fermal Applied in Fall". Ive been in the business for 20 years and have never heard of "fermal."

Is there any chance that was a typo for FeRROMEC?

I'm with you on this. 20+ years & no fermal here. It almost sounds like a small furry caged animal or something.

I am picking up a condo next year, and they showed me the previous bid. I doubled check and it said Lime And Fermal.... The board president asked me what it was, and I didnt have an answer. (I still dont.) There is no such word in the dictionary either.:confused:
