what type of product to use?

In suffolk county NY, coal tar based sealers are now banned. What do you guys suggest?

Asphalt Emulsion I've been using it for 3 years. Mine is from Sealmaster the product is Masterseal AE. I use it from commercial to residential and ''NO'' problems mixed per manufacture's recommended specs.
