Had to remove most of the plant and add topsoil to raise bed what a pain.

Around here feedback is going to come from showing us how you installed it. Finished pics are fine and all, but for all we know the thing could be built on no base and backfilled with topsoil in which case it will be leaning in a year or so.

I dumps into a drywell located in the side yard.

I don't see any behind the wall drainage pipe.

how old is the house? you built on top of the over dig.

did you water proof the foundation wall (higher elevation) before you raised the elevation of the mulch bed against it.

The wall appears to be touching the window jamb. what do you think frost heave will do to that jamb.

Yes there was drainage put behind the wall. It was also built to Techo Bloc specs I did waterproof the foundation and the house is 8 years old. I built an identical wall in the front of the house 3 years ago and still looks perfect with no movement or settling at all.
