Has anyone seen or used this new bagger. I just got something in the mail about it, looks great. Seems sort of weird that the 60" model is $50 more than the 72" model. Any comments!

is it an ultravac for an exmark? did they redesign it, or is this a totally seperate bagging system?

This sounds like the much awaited rear dump ultra vac system. I have yet to see any pictures, can anyone help us out with some pics?

Nope never heard or seen it.

They didn't have anything new at the Expo in KY either.

Maybe we shall see in Nashville.

Something tells me that QDS stands for Quick Dumping System. It must BE the new clamshell hopper.

The new Bagger is smaller than the Old ultravac. It's eleven Bushels.

Yes it is the type you can dump from the seat. It is available for the 60" and 72" models. It appears that the majority of the bottom and about half of the back swing open to dump. This is showing a price of $1949 for the 60" and $1899 for the 72" model. I will try to scan a picture of it in, this will be my first attempt.

Hope this works.

Now lets see if I can get one turned the right way. If this works I will delete the other one.

Looks good if your always going to be doing the tarp thing (that tarp load looks like it could get pretty heavy) or just dumping in the woods. Because on my 3 bagger UV, each full bag is probably 60-80 lbs when full. I can take one bag off at a time and dump into the pickup bed. This new system would prevent this. Everything looks the same as the regular UV, so I wonder if its retrofittable? (<== Is that a word? :( )

The UV is still a real bear to install by yourself. The rear part is WAY over built and weighs a ton. One person can do it, but like I said, Mr. Back really hurts doing it. Better that its OVER built than UNDER built, I guess!

As for the price increase for the 60" unit, Its probably for the increased weight plates you need with the lighter deck.
