I used Basagran T/O to kill the nutsedge in my yard. I have sprayed this about 3 times this year so far once in late Spring then again in early Summer and lastly in late July. This herbicide is not working for me I still see a lot of nutsedge in my yard. I have used Sedge hammer in the past they work really well. but, it's too expensive. Is there any alternative herbicide so I can buy in gallon really cheap that is better than Basargan.

Thanks

Sulfentrazone--as contained in Dismiss herbicide kills nutsedge. Not cheap, but a little goes a long way. It is a contact herbicide. Fast acting, fairly low toxicity, but may not kill the underground parts.
You need about 8 milliliters in a half gallon of water.
