100 lbs should be what you need

If your putting it in full depth than you should use 200-250lbs.

My advance apologies, but more than 100 pounds will be needed.......

Has anyone really ever thought about poly sand?

I pay $22 for 2000# of concrete sand.

And an 80# bag of poly sand is $24-$26

Depends on paver thickness too, you should be going the full depth of the paver....don't do any hack things and fill 3/4 with sand and just top with poly, your wasting your time and more headaches in the future.

Product I use will go 80-100 sq.ft. /bag

This table is saying I would need over 25 bags to be 1/2" thick.. is that accurate?? 50lb bags

I think istead of "thick" they meant to say "wide".
50 to 60 sq.ft. per bag is about what I usually figure.
