What is some required reading for learning lighting? Some one told me once before but I have forgotten it.

Agreed, Nates book is the best for someone looking to delve into lighting more. Once you get a little knowledge and experience under your belt you could jump to Moyers book. Hers can get a little dry and technical; reads more like a text book

Where is the best place to find these books? I looked on amazon and barns and noble, one vendor didn't have them the other wanted $200+ for their only copy. Should I buy the book despite the price, or is there a better way to find the book?

Contact Unique directly and talk to Lisa. I bought the CD a few years ago,

Find your local Unique distributor and have them order Nate's book which is the new and improved version. It has just come out in the last year or so.
