Has anyone had engine failure? we are on our second Kobota engine with the same problem, cracked head and trashed middle piston. Come to find out the head and pistons have been redesigned. No word from either Toro or Kobota

holy cow! That is the first I have ever heard of a engine failer in a kubota period. Did you call kubota directly about that engine?
