I Grow liners but being in Florida I don't think I have any thing you want. Fact is I only do Mow-able Ground Covers that won't grow in your area.

Cloning is not hard and some plants do better than others. The big trick is having the right environment. Mist house or shady house is what it takes in Florida but in NJ you might need a Green house. The idea is to have a very warm moist or high humidity with a slightly shaded area. Mist systems that mist water several times a hour work well. Rain Bird makes a controller just for this propose. A correct soil a liner trays etc are all part of the correct equipment.
