I have 3 lawns infested with Bermudagrass that takes off after the temps warm up every summer and last throughout the fall. It's only getting worse and was wondering what if anything I can do to reduce infestation or kill entirely.

Nothing I used ever worked. But this is a possibility:

Most experts suggest mixing fenoxyprop and triclopyr--repeat as needed. (which means--don't expect much.)

If you can manage to get the soil temperature below about 10 below zero, (perhaps by shoveling off any snow), that might work.
Otherwise its Roundup and reseed--not guaranteed.

What about using ornamec?

It has a rate for controlling and a higher rate for killing. I just had this conversation with my supplier, today. Unless I can get the next-door-neighbor on board (one of my customers), though, I'm fighting a losing battle. From what I hear, I can't even spray the reduced rate (control) and not hurt the fescue.

I'd love to hear what you guys say about this.
