Okay, so I got all my licenses this year and have learned a LOT. I have my prices figured out but I am a little bit fuzzy on how to develop a program to market. I would like some northern or at leas cool grass guys to chime in and help me out. Should I charge a flat rate per month and average all the apps out or should I charge each month for the specific apps I put down in that month. Also how many and how often should I make fert treatments and spray? I am thinking a pre and post in the spring, one or two spot treatments, and then a fall treatment for weeds. So should I just put fert down each time as well? Thanks so much.
