I am posting this for a friend. He purchased this mowere last year to mow his 8k-10k residential lawn. The mower has never been used commercially! He paid around $1800 for the mower and an extra blade. He has it serviced at his local dealer. The mower is in excellent condition and was garage kept. He has found that it is too big for his lawn. The mower is located in lexington ky and can be picked up there. The price is $1,200. This is a great price considering is practically brand new. Estimated hours of use are 20 to 25. He has all the paperwork and bill of sales available. Call 606-595-0110 or pm if you have any questions.

This mower is almost brand new. There is a little room for negotiations on price. Great deal!

That mower looks great but I don't understand how it could be too big for a lawn that size...but whatever. Someone will get a great deal.
