2008 hustler z 25 hoarse kawasaki

Don't know if any one can help but I have a 2008 hustler z with a 25 hoarse Kawasaki engine whats going on is it starts right up cold but after it heats up it doesn't want to start, then when it does i have to have to throttle up and it smokes black as if it were flooded????????? I replaced both coils and put new plugs in her already

Adjust valves.
My uncle has the same mower has them adjusted every year.
