Belgian Block Curb Pricing Help Needed

I am about to submit a bid for Belgian block curbing along an existing driveway, and i would like to know what would be the going rate per lineal foot for installation of the curb. I know it has to be set in a concrete foundation however are there any tricks of the trade on setting this easily?? Any help on pricing and technique would be greatly appreciated!!!
