spread 14 yards of soil / 14 yards of gravel and 900sq ft of sod, soil is dumped on the area where it is being spread, same with the gravel. No skid or tractor, spread all with shovels.

Spread how thick, how big of an area?

I'd say 60 man hours.

Iv spread 20 yards and seeded with just one guy before and did that in a day and it all had to be moved 60+ feet to the back yard. Id figure 4 guys could knock that out in a day put 2 on the gravel 2 on the soil then bang out the sod. When guys do something hard they hate to start a new project so if you tried to do one item you'd find by the time you got to number 2 you'd have some very whiny workers.

Biggest issue I use to run into when I had to stuff delivered was sometimes problems would come up and they would be very late. 3 hours when you got 3 men on the clock starts to eat through your profits.
