alignment and they said the frame was warped. All of the adjustment has already been used in the front end. A '96 1/2 ton chev that I hauled around 200gal sprayer in for a number of years.

Has never been wrecked so I guess too much weight.

Question, does straightening degrade frame and other than wearing out front tires, how do I know it has been repaired correctly?

first thing i would do is take it to another shop and get a second opinion before you go forward with anything

So your saying you carried roughly 1600lbs around in the bed of truck ? Gallon weighs 8lbs x200=1600 alot of weight for a 1/2 truck..

Get a second opinion many so called alignment shops adhere to the "set the toe and go" mindset. They will say anything just to get out of extra work setting the caster and camber.
