My throttle cable is sticking rather badly on my 48" metro 14 kaw. How do i fix it?:waving:

You can either replace the cable or get one of those motorcycle cable lubers. I use the cable luber. Available where-ever fine motorcycles are sold. :D
Just disconnect the cable at the engine and attach the luber and squirt some WD-40 into the cable. Works like a champ!

MacLawn,
I've never tried the luber but it's worth a shot. Generally when a cable gets tight it's either bent or it's rusted. Generally I recommend replacement but the cable luber might be worth a shot.
Thanks

I usually just shoot some WD-40 down the cable. Or you can use Sea-Doo lube in a can if you have some lying around. It's like $7.00 a can. It has a thicker consistency than WD-40.
If I didn't own a SEA-DOO and have this stuff lying around, I'd use WD-40.
