I run a low-key home improvement biz (swannbuilding.com)for the last 23 years or so...just me and some tools and machines...wealthy when I look down the ladder, poor when I look up. Don't own any property and am consistently in the lowest tax bracket.

Mostly read and post in the 'Heavy Equipment' forum, though I do post when I'm done with a machine I've used in this section. Some folks get me to sell their stuff when they aren't too internet friendly.
