If you make one pass over a lawn to mulch up leaves, do you charge the same as mowing?

Anytime you are dealing with leaves it is double the price. You do not need to let the customer know that it doesn't take you anymore time. For me I use difernt blades for this purpose so you have to figure that time in there for a blade change.
