Just installed an esp smt. I have also installed new sod.
#1 I have set the controller to run for newly planted turf for a 14 day window 3 times a day. Will it only run 3 times a day for the window I set between 2am and 8am for the regular watering cycle? or will it run during the day?
#3 Will it over ride the rain sensor? Or do I have to manually turn off the sensor for each zone until it is done with the watering in time frame? I am worried I will get a little rain it will turn the system off for a day or so.
#2 When you adjust for the controller to automatically shut off when the temperature gets colder to a certain degrees... is this an average for the day, the low point for the day, or the temperature during the watering window I have set? Rainbird rep did not know the answer on this one.
