My local John Deere landscaping is out of seed. Does anyone have any advice on where to get quality seed online?

Most seed in you local box store guarantees a germination rate in the 90% range... seed is seed, it is the blend that is most important... We get KBG, per. rye and red fescue, from everywhere we go...
Some claim that the super hybrid varieties are superior and worth the effort to find them, but at the end of the day, the strongest variety survives...

This is a bad sign. Does that mean all John Deere Landscapes are out of seed? Short supplies nationwide due to the hot weather last August? Only the best types short? Many tons of perennial ryegrass will be going on at southern golf courses for winter green overseeding in the next few weeks.

Has anyone else noticed a shortage of supply? What species of grass?
