View Full Version : BOP Quick 36" Samurai Single Hydro w/ Sulky

09-24-2011, 04:47 PM
For Sale is a Better Outdoor Products "Quick 36 Samurai" mower I have owned for one growing season. Selling because I upgraded to a larger mower.

16 HP Kawasaki Engine
Electric Start
33.4 Hours
Mulch Kit
Two Sets of Mulching Blades, One Set of Standard Blades

Asking $2100. I realize BOP has their end of season sale going on but with the mulch kit, sulky, and extra blades you're getting hundred of $$ of extras.

This mower is in like new condition. Located in Wichita, KS. Willing to travel up to 3 hours for delivery (Oklahoma City, Kansas City)

Thanks for looking.

Bump for a good solid mower. I still have my Q36 single samurai with over 500 hours and I have zero intentions on selling mine even though I have a 32 and 44 dually.

Do you have the ultra high lift blades? They are the single notch ones with approximately 45 degrees of angle on the wing. These blades are a must have.

The blades I have are not the ultra-high lift. Just the standard lift that came with it. I bought two sets of the Gator mulchers to play around with running doubles.

I might be interested. We're in Ponca City.

What the disadvantage of a single hydro over a double?

The single hydro is set up like the rear-end of a riding lawn tractor with the hydro foot pedals. You have a "forward" and a "reverse" and basically the rear axle turns like an open differential in a vehicle. You have to manually turn the machine to maneuver it. Sounds like a pain but these mowers are so small and compact it's really not that bad. This mower was a struggle when it was new but already with the 30 hours on it it's better.

I installed the Sulky on it friday and just driving it around the driveway it was easier to turn it then by on foot.

Make me an offer. This money is going towards an engagement ring!

Oh! Nice! Hmm.... idk when we would be able to buy... we work through a business consular and we'll need to finish up our 2012 budget before we can buy. I'll send you a P.M. for a preliminary offer. It's no guaranty that we would buy but it will help us with our budget. :clapping:
