I am selling my Ferris IS2000Z. It was purchased new in 2006 and I am the only owner.
25hp kawasaki with 52" cutting deck with fastvac bagger. Good clutch, excellent tires, a few sets of spare blades and spare belts. Hour meter reads 228, this is incorrect as I swapped the hour meter at 52 hours because Ferris used one that only counted blade hours, not engine hours. New meter uses spark plug wire to count run time.
Has the FastVac triple bagger, which runs off of the deck. Works great in the fall and spring for leaves, dethatching, etc. It'll suck a dead squirrel off the lawn when you have the high lift blades on. There are a few small tears in one bag.
I've done all the maintenance myself, and it has been kept in top shape. Oil changes with filter every 50 hours. Fuel filter and air filter every 100 hours. Spark plugs and hydro filter at 200 hours. Stored indoors year round, pressure washed annually. I just completed all maintenance, and put it in storage. I have one more counter weight as well as the roll bar. All manuals and spare parts included.
Located in Seacoast New Hampshire, asking $6000. I can deliver it to you if you're close.
New ones are over $10k, this one works just as good for $6k. I just don't use it enough to justify keeping it.
