there is a company that is in chicago with a good product. i was going to go with them but the shipping was to much to ne michigan. look up pitch black sealers.

I researched this product this winter and I am using it this year. I still use coal tar for commercial but will try this in residential.

What is the dry time like and how do those jobs look in a year? I actually talk to the guy who invented the formula on the phone and he seems like a decent guy and has confidence in this product and its been around for while in the west.
