Isn't this the best you guys and gals have ever seen? Go to your profile and see what all you can do add there. Members directory is nice too. Chuck, you told me a while back I haven't seen anything yet, you weren't kidding me at all. Just check out all the new features guys. I've been playing with them for a day now and love it all.

Eric: This is alot slower than I remember, seems everything takes longer to load than before. Great new look, very refreshing!

The reason it's slow is there is a bug in the mysql database.. slowing it down. It's being fixed now and also moving all this information sort of overloaded the server. It will get a lot better soon. Just hang on. :)

I agree with Stinger, seems slower than the old one. I think the clock is still off. Post times are wrong. Lets see what it says. Iam posting this at 11:46 E.S.T. Thursday 3-Aug-00 Still a great site.

You can set the clock to your time in your profile.
The speed issue will be taken care of soon enough... to see what is involved read this thread.. http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=1054
I will also fix the double discussion issue.

Ok back up to speed, everything works faster than when I tried yesterday. Do we still have java chat or am I overlooking something?

Look's GREAT....... like all the new stuff, tried to post last night, but kept timing out. To bad it doesn't have a spell checker.

I also like the new look, is great. Good job.
But you gonna have to do something about the loading speed. Or else go back to old system until it is resolved. This is not good.

Yes, the speed is a problem right now but it is being worked on.
I HAD to upgrade to this new software and I had to do it immediately or I would be shut down. The old software was perl/cgi database and I was using over 50% of my hosts server! ONE account using over 50% of a machine that has over 200 clients on it! You can see how I was lucky they did not just pull the plug on us.
I am now in the sarch of a new host provider. I will upgrade this site to a P3 750, 1 gig ram, etc.
If I have to go dedicated hosting will cost over $300 a month! I only want to afford a max of $150 a month. That is a lot of money for a "free" service. I guess I need to start looking for more sponsors.

Great job Chuck and Eric, I like the new format a lot. Like the other guys said, it loads a little slower. But i'm sure you guys will get that worked out. Thanks for all your hard work.

Just wanted to say that I so far like this new style. The speed issue I know will be fixed once the bugs are worked out. Anybody have some Dursaban?? Keep up the good work.
