HELLO ALL:


YUP It's me...

The surgery went VERY WELL. they had to go inside the spine. I was in recovery for a while But today, I am UP AND WALKING AND PAIN FREE......

Thnnk you for all your prayrs...... my Children are dancing in the street and so WILL I BE..... :clapping::clapping::clapping:

Great news man. Now take it easy and don't work hard for sometime. Do your therapy and stick to it, get stronger then you were.

A lot of this type of stuff can't be prevented. Mine is hereditary.

Problems with the Sciatic nerve are usually spinal related as in the spinal column is basically filling in and pinching the nerves. There's no way to prevent it. My right leg often feels like it has lightning bolts going up and down it. My right hip is in significant pain. My leg can be pain from the top to bottom. Sometimes it's extremely weak and other times my right foot goes numb. And on really bad days I get to experience everything.

My brother had micro-surgery on his ruptured disk and is just fine after like 15 years. A great help in his recovery was a series of stretches tailored just for him by a physical therapist. Nice to hear of your good experience as back problems are not easily solved.
