hi, anyone know which fuse in a 2000 ford super duty works the trailer running lights. i pulled every fuse and and they all look good. is it one of the large square ones? a number from the fuse box cover would be greatly appreciated. ive check both fuse boxes, under the hood and by the e-brake.

quick advice, dont be stupid in the dark and put the trailer plug in upside down.

should be a 20 amp in position 6 by the ebrake.

Find out why the fuse blew. Usually a chaffed or pinched wire on the trailer.

Make sure the new fuse didn't blow. Use a test plug or light to rule out the end on the truck. Its possible the trailer plug or a wire fryed before overloading the fuse.
