I am thinking on hiring a manager to take care the bus. I have a guy that on paper looks good, lots of experience, license etc, I never had one before so I do not anything about it, on how to proceed with it, what to do in case he looses my customers, etc, any advice?

No, I don't this is a new guy that I am thinking on hiring. any advice?
