bad striping Looks like 3rd wheel is dragging

On my exmark Lazer, I am getting a poor cut. It looks like a 3rd wheel is dragging. I have check everything I can think of. Please help with any suggestions. Thanks

Make sure that the front of your deck is at least a quarter to three sixteenths of an inch lower that the rear of your deck. This is very important in getting an acceptable cut. Under no circumstances should the rear of the deck be lower than the front. Thanks, Lynn
